How To Order
InvitationKing.com has developed an online ordering process that is extremely easy for you to use! First locate the product you are interested in purchasing, fill in the appropriate information, including choices of typestyle, ink color, and the text you would like printed on your item. Font size and layout may be adjusted for fest placement by our designers. If you have unique specifications, please use the “Special Instructions” box on the order form.
Once you have ordered all the items you need, you will be taken through the checkout process. This process will ask you for you billing and shipping information. When you are finished, please review the items you are purchasing and click submit to place your order. Lastly, you will receive an email confirmation and an order number.
Proofs
All of our customers get 1 free proof with each order. We will email or fax you an image of your invitation/announcement as it will appear when printed. Once you receive the proof, you need to reply to our email or fax as soon as possible. We cannot print until we hear back from you on the proof.
There is no fee to make the changes. However, if you request additional proofs, there is a standard proof fee of $12 per item. Please note, once a proof is approved, inconsistencies with the printed product are your responsibility.
How Long It Will Take To Receive An Order.
The approximate ship out time is 2-5 business days from the date of your approval on in stock items. For special order items it will take 7-10 business day from the date of your approval. Please note that these are only estimates and may vary a few days.
Orders and proof approvals must be received by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time to be considered as an order or approval for that day. Orders and proof approvals received on the Weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Cancellations or Returns
We can cancel your order if your order has not yet been printed or shipped, but please contact us immediately. There is a $25 cancellation fee per item once the order is received and has been processed. If your proof has already been completed there is a proof fee of $12 per item in addition to the cancellation fee.
If an order has been printed or shipped it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Damaged Items
If your items arrived damaged in the shipping process, please keep your shipping receipts. They will be needed in filing a claim with the shipping company. Please contact us within 5 business days from receipt of the merchandise, so we can work on your replacements and begin a claim with the shipping company. Date of receipt will be determined using the order tracking information.
Errors on Orders
We give a free proof with every order, to minimize errors from miscommunications. However, if there is an error that is made by us we will reprint the order at no charge to you and ship as soon as possible.
If the error is made by the customer we will have your order reprinted with a 10% discount from your original order amount, and it will be processed as quickly as possible. Errors made by the customer are as follows: receiving and approving of a proof containing an error, regardless of text entered.
All claims for errors or shortages must be submitted by contacting us within 5 days of receipt of order. Any errors reported after 5 days will be corrected at the customers expence. Date of receipt will be determined using order tracking information from the shipping company.
Entering Additional Lines
When entering text, simply input it without leaving spaces for blank lines. Our designing team will adjust the text to best fit the design, including adding space in different sections of text. If you still need additional lines, you can enter them in “Special Instructions” box at the bottom of the item page. Please note that due to the size of some cards, additional lines may not fit.
Envelopes
All of our invitations include envelopes unless it specifically says that it does not in the description. Such as Programs, Place Cards, Seals, etc.
Postage
Some bigger invitations or invitations with additional enhancements might require extra postage. Please check with your local postage carriers before mailing.
Shipping Outside the United States
We will happy to ship anywhere outside the United States. However we are not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment.
